I started practicing yoga to build my confidence, manage chronic pain, connect with others, and live a healthier lifestyle—all while working in the fast-paced world of tech.

What started as a personal journey quickly turned into a way of life. After going on retreats, earning my 500-hour teacher certification, leading classes, and planning my own events, yoga has given me so much: stronger self-esteem, a deeper mind-body connection, trust in my intuition, and a sense of community I truly value.

Now, I’m here to share that with you—especially if stepping into a studio or going on a retreat feels a little intimidating. Whether you're brand new to yoga or just looking to feel more confident in your practice, I offer welcoming, beginner-friendly experiences that meet you exactly where you are.
